About Eulojio Ortega

Eulojio "Joe" Ortega received his Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Illustration in 2001. Since 2002, Eulojio has worked on hundreds of projects painting murals and faux finishes, while building a greater portfolio of fine artwork, which includes commissioned oil portraits, landscapes, and still-lifes. 

In 2007, he studied under Nelson Shanks, the world's premier portrait artist, at Studio Incamminati in Philadelphia, PA. Eulojio's fine art work can also be viewed at the Proud Fox Gallery in Geneva, Illlinois.

Eulojio is a member of the Portrait Society of America and the Oil Painters of America. His painting was featured on the Oct. 25, 2009 episode of ABC's "Extreme Makeover Home Edition."
